NEI POLICY FOR THIRD-PARTY RECRUITERS (effective 3/24/21)

All vendors must have a signed NEI (NEI General Contracting) vendor agreement from the NEI Director of Corporate Development, Training & Employee Experience to receive payment for your placement. NEI will not pay a fee to a recruiter that does not have a signed NEI vendor agreement from the Director of Corporate Development, Training & Employee Experience. Any resume submitted to any employee of NEI without having an NEI vendor agreement in place will be considered property of NEI and NEI will not be held liable to pay a placement fee. Obtaining a signed vendor agreement from the Director of Corporate Development, Training & Employee Experience is the only way you will be paid. Verbal commitments from any other member of the NEI staff will not be considered binding terms. NEI will not pay a fee to a third-party recruiter that has not coordinated their recruiting activity with the appropriate member of the corporate recruiting team.

It is the responsibility of all third-party recruiting agencies to know this policy.
